Tallin - easy to walk into the Old Town - it's fantastic!

 

Likewise Warnemunde berthing is in the town - there is a rail station almost adjacent to the dock so you can get to Rostock for about 3E return - have the morning there and still have plenty of time to enjoy the pretty seaside town of Warnemunde.

 

Helsinki and Stockholm we had shuttle buses - I think they were £3 return last Sept. You can walk at Helsinki I believe but it's a step (you can check out with destination Services once on board - the berths can alter so you'll need to know where the ship will be docking). Stockholm - again you'd need to check - there are several places cruise ships berth, some much nearer to the centre than others.

 

Sorry, the other ports weren't on our itinerary so can't help with those.
