Amazing Race Cozumel

I was reading on another site...and they made comment of a shore excursion called the Amazing Race in Cozumel. They were asking if anyone had done it. There were no responses.

 

I kinda figured the professionals here would know.:p

 

Anyone heard of this excursion and what it's about?

My husband, 2 sons, daughter-in-law, daughter and I participated in this race! We had a blast...there were activities for all. I would highly recommend this excursion. The day that we did this there were no other participants and we had the choice of competing against each other or just doing it together. We did it as a group...but I think it would have been great either way!

My sister and I did this excursion last September on the Liberty.

 

We had tons of fun. There were 9 teams on our day and we came in 4th! YAY us! There is a LOT of walking/running (depending on how you wanna play) around the whole city...not into bad areas, really just along the pier areas and the surrounding 10 blocks.

 

The day we went Hurricane Ike made the waters to rough to do the Snorkling portion of the Race so instead they gave us free lunch. Lots of fun during the race though. I think my favorite part was having to wander the open air market/butcher...the clue is in the food section...what you have to do to get it is a surprise...
