You will see the Lady on Starboard side during sail away.

I see her everyday riding the Q train over the manhattan bridge...actually I can see her from my roof! We are aft anyway so I will probably just see my office building in midtown!:p

When you embark in brooklyn which deck do you end up on first? To be specific I am asking for the CB.

Last year, it was the Plaza Deck, on the port side.

But do you embark onto deck 7?

When I sailed the Crown out of Brooklyn, we did embark on Deck 7 (I remember stepping out of the covered gangway onto the Promenade Deck and then walking down to the doorway to get inside). So while Pia is correct about it usually being Plaza Deck, in this port (Brooklyn), it may be the Promenade Deck. Maybe someone who's done the CB last summer will respond -- Sandytoes has, but I think she misunderstood your question.

Deck 7 on the Caribbean Princess in NY

Last year we waiting in the Casino until our color was called.

And you are right, I didn't understand what the OP asked. :o

On the recent repo cruise on the CB ending in Brooklyn May 24, the disembarkation was from deck 7, the Promenade deck. I would assume that this would also be the deck you are on during embarkation.

I apologize for any confusion...I had a hard time thinking about how to word it...so the fault is most likely mine.

Thank you all! :)

I'll pay more attention to these things in the future!! there certainly are some difficult questions sometimes asked on these boards. - but never fails - someone on here knows the answer!
