Bodysurfing / Surfing at Accra Beach or through Zed's

I have heard this is one of the best places for waves in barbados. Is there anywhere on the beach to rent bodyboards or surfboards? Do they have other rentals like jetskis at the beach? Does anyone know of another place that would be better? Is Zed's located near Accra? Has anyone used them from a cruiseship? Does he have bodyboards or surfing only? How did it work? What was the price? Thanks!
