Too Many Overboard?

It might have been in 2002. Congress DID discuss cruise ship safety, including a proposal to raise railings by 6 or 8 inches. In a rare instance of sanity prevailing in Congress, NOTHING came of any of the proposals.

 

Well its got a fire under it again as this was the discussion just Last Week. She did mention that they had tried it before but had more push behind it this time.

 

I agree with others that if someone wants to go overboard a glass partition is NOT going to stop them.
