gambling question

Since most casino do not open until in the ship is in international waters(NOLA is an exception), the ship is under international law or the laws of the country that it is registered in. So, I assume, it's cruise line's policy ~~!!~~

Since you ask this question it seems you might be between 18-21 age range? Just an fyi, if you are in that age range I can assure you that you won't be id'd if you are in the casino gambling, at least at the slots where you can use cash for credits and then cash out with another persons card. As long as you look above 18 I'd say they just look the other way and you shouldn't worry too much about it and when you want to cash out you would need to get maybe mom/dad/older siblings card and insert it into the slot. For table games you would just have to give the chips to someone else to cash in.
