mudpievelour Posted June 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 22, 2009 You can't lose. Both are convenient to Lido fun and food. Both are between other cabin decks. The only slight problem if you tend to seasickness is that they are both forward and you do feel the pitch a little bit more.

Luv2Cruise525 Posted June 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Which deck is better for cabins? We just got back from a cruise and we were on the Panorama deck. We chose this instead of the Lido because we thought that the Lido would have more noise. It was very quiet and nice at night!
nybumpkin Posted June 22, 2009 #5 Share Posted June 22, 2009 We had Panorama on Victory and Lido on Conquest. Both were great locations - way too convenient to the buffet and bars. We had no noise issues on either deck. I was worried about the Lido cabin since we were near the atrium, but there was no problem.
brownies95 Posted June 23, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 23, 2009 We were on the Lido deck on the Liberty and we loved it. We were close to the pool and the food! As for movement, we didn't notice it any more than usual. Tim:cool:

Cigar Dude Posted June 23, 2009 #8 Share Posted June 23, 2009 We've stayed on the Panarama Deck twice on Glory and have it booked for the Victory this September. Very, very convenient to the outside decks. You can duck into your room quickly from the decks to grab something from your room. We love it! Oh, and get a balcony too. You'll have the best of both worlds! :D
bigred4770 Posted June 23, 2009 Author #9 Share Posted June 23, 2009 Just as an update I upgraded yesterday to a balcony on the Freedom on Lido deck from an inside on empress! Cant wait!
scperk Posted June 23, 2009 #10 Share Posted June 23, 2009 We've been on the Lido deck twice and it's very convienent to the pool and the buffet..There also is no pass-thru passengers walking down the hall...When we've been in the middle of the ship you get a lot of people walking down the hall talking loudly or kids running....You only get the passengers that stay on the Lido deck passing thru there....Dennis
stargate fan Posted June 24, 2009 #11 Share Posted June 24, 2009 Which deck is better for cabins? We were on the Panorama deck on Victory and the Lido deck on Liberty. Both locations are wonderful! We love being more forward anyway, so the locations were perfect. The main differences are: The buffet is on the Lido deck whereas we had to walk down two sets of stairs from the Panorama deck. (Hey, it was great exercise!) There are fewer cabins on the Panorama deck, so there is less noise because there are fewer people walking around. Next time I book a cruise, I'm going for the Panorama deck again.
