Island mini suite question

Are the mini-suites on Island much different/smaller than Sapphire? Sapphire are 354sqft, Island are 280-302sqft? They look very similar and the website says both include the balcony.

We have been on Island and Sapphire and the minis are very similar on both. Hard to tell the difference.
