Bicycle rentals in Ketchikan

Hi folks. I was wondering if anyone had rented bicylces in Ketchikan. My DH and I hope to spend the day in port visiting places on our own, but we are interested in possibly renting bicycles to scout around. Has anyone ever done this? Or have you seen/heard of a rental place in town. Thank you very much.

In Ketchikan you can rent bikes at Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show Store. It is downtown just a couple blocks from the cruise ship terminal. They are more of an outdoor store than a bike shop, but they had a reasonable selection of bikes to choose from. There is also an unverified source that says bicycles can be rented from Southeast Exposure Kayaks (225-8829).
