aussie57 Posted July 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2009 On the Celebrity Mercury 13 night repo cruise out of LA & finishing in Vancouver on 24 May we sailed through a beautiful waterway on the last evening of the cruise. Other cruise ships formed a line so we guessed the tides had to be right for all the ships to be passing through at the same time. I think we were near Vancouver island. Can anyone help with the geographic name of the area? Thanks

Budget Queen Posted July 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 2, 2009 I put money on Seymour Narrows. You were "near" Vancouver Island your entire time, most of that day, over many hours. Take a look at a map. Seymour Narrows, is near Campbell River.
Urban trekker Posted July 2, 2009 #5 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Yes Seymour Narrows it would be as the ships that are sailing the inside route are usually lined up there as they travel down to Victoria or Vancouver. Cheers Dennis
