Benefits for Elite members

The benefits are not the same. While they may overlap, concierge class gets more benefits than elite CC members... such as , welcome champagne, afternoon snacks, flowers, nice bag for shore excursions, along with better bedding, better sheets and nicer shower heads.

Also, on most ships, the CC staterooms are slightly larger.

The elite benefits have to do with priority embarkation and disembarkation. These amentites are also extended to CC and above guests. As elite, I would opt for CC class unless it is hundreds of dollars more.

Do Elite and Concierge both get fresh flowers? Do they both get priority emparkation/debarkation?

IMHO, the fresh flowers are no big thing--it's not like you get a huge bouquet or anything. As for priority embarkation/disembarkation, there are so many elite members now, that it's not that much of a perk. The Elite meet in Michael's Club or the specialty restaurant for disembarkation, but the CC passengers do not. Elite get invitations to a special cocktail party, tours of the galley and backstage of the theater and a booklet with coupons for different things on the ship.
