AndyB Posted July 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2009 We visited the Naval Museum in St. Petersburg on a private tour during an RCCL cruise - it's not on most of the standard tours, but very interesting for those with an interest in military history. During the tour my son noticed that they had the US flag displayed incorrectly (it was part of a display of the WWII allies' flags), vertically with the blue field on the right. He pointed it out to the tour guide, who told the manager, and they promised it would be fixed. The topic came up again in decorating for Independence Day, and we wondered if the correction had been made. Since I'm looking through these message boards often, I told my son I'd check here, in case someone on these boards may have visited, or plan to visit, and noticed the flag. Just curious.
