Price drop?

If I booked using cash back promotion and now there is a pack and go promotion that would be a cheaper price, can I get the benefit of the drop in price?

Only if you are before final payment. Im guessing all the pack and gos are last minute so you probably cant. You can ask for a upgrade if there is a cheaper price on a higher category guarantee than what you booked. If its only a little more to upgrade, they will take your money and let you upgrade, but not get any refund if Im right and you are past final payment .... only upgrades.
