near Omonia (central square of Athens) is "Stamco":

As I know is the cheaper shop in Greece with traditional costumes but the

neighborhood is very bad and you must go there with a taxi.. don't walking in these roads!!

 

..better contact with shop before go there and ask them if they have the costumes who you like...
