Baggage Express to Airport at end of cruise

Does Princess still offer this service in FLL at end of your cruise? I assume you just prepay the airline for the checked bag fees. How do you get your baggage claim ticket? I am looking at an early flight than normal, and think this might be a worthwhile convenience.

*If* this service is still being offered (I had heard it has been discontinued) you have to have a flight leaving later 11:30 AM. I heard the EZ Check program has been discontinued due to the airlines adding fees for checked baggage. I wish they would reinstate it.

In January when we disembarked from Port Everglades, this service was only offered to those flying on Southwest Airlines. And you could not use it if you had an early flight (sorry, can't remember what the earliest flight time was that was able to take advantage of this service, but I think it was after 11:00 AM).
