Wine Package

This may sound odd and I hope that I am explaining myself clearly. When making your choice for the wine package, do you have to pick all of your wines at that moment, or can you make the choice at dinner each night?:confused:

You pick your wines each night at dinner and do not have to make any choices when purchasing the package...

You can order any wine from the package you choose. Example you can have a different bottle each time you order until you have used your limit, i.e. if a 5 bottle package 5 different bottles.

Sometimes we have a bottle of red and and bottle of white open at the same time, depending on menu selection. What you don't finish, they can save for the next night. While the selection isn't the best, we find it to be very convenient. Also, I've noticed some posters mention a lack of bar service in the dining room and this seems to eliminate that as a problem.
