We are sailing the Millenium in August, Southbound Alaska.

We want to book in the Olympic Restaurant but not on a formal

night. Which nights are set aside for the formal night dinners?

Hi,

 

I can't respond specifically to this year's formal night schedule. However, it seems to me that those nights tend to be the evening of your first full day, and then whatever day there is an early departure from a port of call. Our experience has been on day 2 and day 5.
