1/2 day sail & snorkel in St Thomas on August 31 - looking for 2-4 more passengers

My husband and I are interested in going on a 1/2 day sail & snorkel tour when we are in St Thomas on August 31 on the Grandeur, in the morning from 8:30- noon. We have contacted one of the tour operators that has been favorably reviewed on these boards, the Jolly Mon, but they have a 4 person minimum/6 person maximum for the sail. So we are looking for 2-4 other passsengers to join us.

We understand that the cost is $75 per person and includes snorkel gear, a guide in the water, snacks and drinks.

If you are interested in this tour, please reply to this post and we can exchange further information. :) (We posted this on the 8/31 Roll Call thread for Royal Carribean's Grandeur as well.)

(A little background -- We have cruised a 1/2 dozen times before, twice before on the Grandeur. We are in our mid-fifties and live near Washingon DC.)

Wish we were on your sailing, would be interested in possibly joining you. We too are looking at a similar type excursion to do on our cruise on the Emerald Princess in March 2010. Do you mind sharing which 1/2 day sail/snorkel tour you are opting for as we are doing our research for same type of excursion for our day in St. Thomas. Can't decide which company to go with???? Thanks for any info you have. BTW, Have a Great Trip!!

Lynn,

We sailed with the Jolly Mon this past Feb when we were in St Thomas off the Emerald Princess. (We had sailed with them a few yrs prior and had a great time, so were pleased to see they were still in operation). They did go ahead and book us for the sail, even tho' it was just the 2 of us, as they anticipated they would either pick up others from another ship or from resorts on the island. And, as it turned out, there were 5 of us on the boat that day. So, you might want to check back with them and see if they'll confirm you with just 2. Good luck!

we were planning on going the Jolly Mon. (Just put the name into google to find them.) We didnt get any responses so we decided to go with a RCCL excursion. May be next time we'll try Jolly Mon. Good luck with your trip.
