NCL Embarkation Debarkation Times

Never sailed on NCL before and can't find the detailed info I'm looking for on their site. So I turn to the professionals. I know she hasn't set sail yet but we are interested in a 7 day on the Epic around Dec 2010. 3 Q's...

1) What are their typical sail times out of the initial port? (Miami)

2) What time do they typically arrive back to home port? (Miami)

3) Typically how early can you board the ship?

I guess do NCL times vary based on ports or ships. (other than weather related issues)

Thanks for your kind responses in advance.

Typically on the 3 previous NCL cruises we have taken, getting on board, approx. 11:30am, Ship sails between 4-5pm, getting off usually starts around 8:30am. I think the Med. cruises are different. Our cuises originated in the USA.
