My husband and myself will be leaving our hotel in Rome on 7th August to travel to Civitavecchia to start our cruise. Ihave contacted Rome Cabs but they have no availability for this date. Can anyone recommend another limousine service which is reliable offering private transfers.

My husband and myself will be leaving our hotel in Rome on 7th August to travel to Civitavecchia to start our cruise. Ihave contacted Rome Cabs but they have no availability for this date. Can anyone recommend another limousine service which is reliable offering private transfers.

We used Romeinlimo (http://www.romeinlimo.com/) for tours and transfers all over Italy, including four different transfers in Roma. They were courteous, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

 

And a tip for saving money: As Roma to Civitavecchia is a long and expensive transfer, join the roll call for your sailing, find another couple or two to share your transfer and then split the costs. Same goes for post-cruise to Roma or Fiumcino--long distances and expensive so definitely share the transfer.
