Could use hotel/b&b suggestions for Rome near Campo De Fiore. Venere and Trip Advisors confuse me.

 

Any suggestions in 140 euro/$200 range would be appreciated for September cruise.

We've stayed at the Hotel Smeraldo twice. The rooms are basic and clean. The location is fantastic. For the price we found it to be a good value. We paid 130 euros per night this past June.

Hi, Joe, ditto in every sense of the word! Great location and very clean.

 

We stayed there twice as well, once for four nights three years ago after a land trip and the second time just last month for five nights after our cruise. Super location, near Largo Argentina transportation hub and Campo di'Fiore, also a good breakfast for seven Euros more per person per night.
