CrucianGal Posted August 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2009 Has anyone toured the Florence Synagogue? If so is it similar to the Rome Synagogue where there are tours at designated times? Thanks, Ellen
epixx Posted August 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 2, 2009 It looks like the tours go hourly: http://moked.it/jewishflorence/synagogue-and-museum/tours/

ab0si Posted August 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I suggest you contact the synagogue. I haven't been there is a couple of years (I used to "own" two High Holiday seats) but back then -- before the opened the museum in 2007 -- they did not always keep the posted hours. Perhaps with the museum, they are now keeping the hours, but if this is an important stop for you, checking beforehand would be a good thing.
