I think there's a cafe type thing at the Harbor Excursion pier just to the south. Also, Anthony's and Anthony's 'Fishette' is to the north and I bet the 'Fishette' (faster service seafood) has bottles of water for sale. No big gallon jugs though, if that's what you're looking for. I'm pretty sure you'd have to go a number of blocks into downtown to a corner market or liquor store, as far as I know.

The closest is the Rite Aid drug store that is at the corner of Kettner and Ash (about 4 blocks from the pier) at 1411 Kettner Blvd, tel. (619) 231-7405. If you want more, then you can go to the Ralph's supermarket on Market and 2nd, but that is about 10 blocks away and a long haul back to the ship unless you take a cab or pay for a pedicab.
