Civitavecchia & Livorno. Any restaurant recommendations within these towns?

So we already did the Rome, Florence and Pisa thing and I read on previous threads about going to some other places but I would actually prefer to stay within these towns. Does anyone recommend any good restaurants or bars that they discovered there?

The Aqua in Civvitavechia was recommeded to us when we did our first Med cruise in 2007. We dined there and had an excellent meal, its especially good for fresh fish.

We will be back again in September and have one night pre cruise. we will be staying at the Hotel Traiano in the town and will again dine at the Aqua
