Retrofit on Westerdam?

I have read posts regarding the "retrofit" of the Westerdam. Does this mean the cabin numbers changed? I have looked at HAL's website deck plans and then an internet TA site and the cabin numbers do not match up. Which one is right? It would seem the deck plans on the HAL site should be the most reliable. I am so cornfused.

The Westerdam was retrofitted about 2-3 years ago.

HAL's website deck plans would be accurate.

We sailed on her spring of 2008 and spring 2009 and the ship already had her new cabins added.
