Excursions - Closed??

Hi all it's only about 10 weeks til my cruise:)

 

I was on my personalizer today and noticed that excursions for Jamaica state closed - book onboard. Other's are still available, what does this mean?

Are you on the Sea Princess, were half the ship gets on in Barbados one week, and the other half in Jamaica the next week. We were on this cruise in January and the Jamaica trips were the same. You had to book them once onboard.

This notice appears when the allotment of spaces for ONLINE booking gets filled. There are still spaces available for booking onboard. This may happen more frequently on ships with multiple itineraries (as the Sea Princess has) due to earlier passengers selecting their choices.

Ah ok thanks for the replies, as long as we can still book on-board that's great as we really want to do the Dunn's River Falls.
