What Night to do Supper Club

We are sailing on the Glory, I think it is Western Carribean, Belize, Key West, Cozumel and Yucatan. I need to know what the best night is to skip dinner in the dining room and try the supper club. I would prefer to do Carribean night if they have one.

I know formal night is typically day 2 but we will be in Key West day 2 and at sea, Day 3. Please help!

We did the Supper Club on our first night. There were only 2 other couples in there when we were there, so I imagine it's a slow night. Because we went on the first night, though, we received a complimentary voucher for a $20 8 X 10 photo of ourselves, an 8 X 10 glossy photo of the ship, AND a free 8 X 10 folio to show them off. That was awesome!
