Wrap around walking decks?

I know on the Maasdam it will be on the Lower Promenade Deck. I was wandering if you can also axcess the back of the ship from the Veranda deck ? I thought it looked as if this may be possable. Does any one know ?

 

I also wanted to know if you can access the front of the Veranda deck on the Maasdam?

 

On the Vista class ships they always say "Crew Only" but Deck 7 forward has always been open for guests.

I too love walking the promenade deck but I'm on deck 10 of the Eurodam and it looks like there is walking space just aft of the cabins. Anybody know about that?

Yes, there is a large open area that you can walk around: starting from the cabins you go past the magrodome covering the Lido pool, underneath the Tamarind/Silk Den overhang, past the funnels and around the volleyball court.
