Mary we've read that if due to weather conditions no refunds and this was on HAL excursions. surprised us, so we've held back to get more informed from those who have been affected or not thanks for your time in replying

it depends when you book HIA early bookings have gratuity included plus elite also

one of our reason to book HAL is the thermal SPA relaxing limit space and adults only to us it's worth it enjoy it if you get a chance to be there

need information on this excursion from passengers that have booked through HAL and were not able to go on excursion, did you get a refund or OBC? thank you and have a wonderful day

from what I've seen all HIA are not the same it seems when you book what's available we booked july2025 Alaska HIA and in looking at HIA for july2024 its not the same
