Deck Plans on Zuiderdam

It looks like there is a small deck in the front of the ship on the Rotterdam deck 7. Do those doors open to a small deck that guests can access?

It is not always open.

Days that it is usually open: Panama Canal, Glaciers, Fjords.

On our Panama Canal cruise on the Zuiderdam earlier this month, they opened the front balcony areas on decks 4-7 for our day in the canal. Deck 4 was the best in terms of allowing room for more people plus they served Panama buns (sweet buns with an orange cream filling) and coffee and orange juice on that deck.

We were on NCL Pearl in December on a Panama Canal Partial and they opened up the bow on deck 8 for viewing. I was hoping that this area would be open like they do on Carnival ships with their secret doors.
