The T&C's for the Best Price Guarantee state...

"Azamara Club Cruises’ Best Price Guarantee (the "Guarantee") is available for United States & Canada consumers that book an Azamara Club Cruises voyage on or after August 1, 2014...."

Nevertheless it will be interesting to see what Azamara UK say. Good luck with getting a lower price

Bonnie above copied from another post.

In these days of internet and credit card protection can you clarify the following scenarios/questions

1: Is consumer the person or the residence of travel agent?

For example two friends 1 USA and one from UK or anywhere else book 2 cabins in same category.

Under best price guarantee does the American have the right to this and the UK /other not.

2: How can that be fair / policed if booked through USA travel agent?

3: What if American books via USA agent for both couples?

Do Azamra scrutinise bookings that closely.

It really is time that booking conditions were more closely aligned across the world.

Equally how can it be fair that USA can cancel 90 days out with minimum penalty whereas UK lose their 10% deposit if cancelling at any time (even 2 years out)

Thanks

Hello Proctor,

I feel like you & I have had this conversation before?

The agreements, terms & conditions, with our international sales teams, partners, co-brands, etc., are not mine to renegotiate. They are what they are.
