Question about promenade deck - Nieuw Amsterdam

Just looking at booking a fully obstructed view room (HH4216) on the upper promenade deck that looks like it will be located under this area on the promenade desk:

Would anyone be able to tell me what is located in the area circled in red? Just wondering what I can expect in terms of noise level above me.

I believe you are looking at cabin 4126 (a typo) -- this stateroom is OVER what are almost certainly prep or storage rooms for Manhattan dining room... being over is not nearly the problem with kitchen areas as being under -- the culprits are usually heavy carts being wheeled across your ceiling. IMO. I would take this room over one that is either under or over a late night music venue. (Your cabin is under staterooms on the Verandah Deck.)

ETA: there is a CC cabin review of 4116 that does not mention noise from below. Also one of 4128 on the Eurodam (sister ship to the N.A.) that only says that the location was convenient to the dining room with no mention of noise. I think you are safe!

The area circled in re3d is part of the kitchen.

JMO -- but I would not want a cabin either above or below the kitchen area.
