Tendering on Legend or pride?

We have been on Windstar sailing ships. We love the Windstar style. Fovorite ship is the Windsurf. We use the elevators since we are getting old. WE are thinking about going on the Star Legend or Star Pride. We know that they have elevators. However, I saw some reviews that still mentioned lots of stairs to board the ship and the tenders were zodiacs not life boats. If you have sailed on the motor ships, please let me know what the stair situation is. I hate zodiacs.

We have been on all three sailing ships and the Legend and the Breeze. Zodiacs are used for wet landings and tenders are used for docks. Your itinerary will determine which will be used. My husband has bad knees and stairs are difficult for him. He had no problems negotiating around the Legend and the Breeze. Getting in and out of zodiacs can be challenging for many. Love all of their ships...
