Exercise bike pedals

Exercise bikes - does anyone know if the exercise bicycles have clip on pedals?

If you mean cleat systems like the SPD or Keo then no, I don't think they do.

Just a basic pedal.

Yes, I should've clarified SPD - but I'm guessing you're correct.

I know for sure there no clips on the pedals,however the pedals do have straps.

When I saw them they did not have cleat pedals, only pedals with straps. From memory the straps did not really allow the up pull (for circular motion pedaling) that cleats provide.

Just off the Odyssey, they have one spinningbike With click pedals.

The spin bike is only for use with the personal trainer however if you sweet talk enough you may get access and that was on Sojourn

We had a pedal spanner and pedals as it was part of a longer trip that involved the need to BYO pedals.

Rats, I thought we explored the Quest fully on our first Seabourn cruise in June. So now I understand that there was more to see that we never discovered. I guess we've got to book another cruise to explore further... :)

We used the bike in the Kinesis room with the trainer and it had normal flat pedals. This was on the Odyssey. There may have been the option to change pedals to your own cleat pedals, I didn't investigate that, nor was it offered. (not that I would have taken them anyway).
