Horseshoe Bay to Warwick.... and back again to Horseshoe Bay

I never hear of anyone doing this, yet it doesn't seem like a big deal. Am I missing something? We plan to take the minibus from the dockyard to Horseshoe Bay, and at some point walk to Warwick Long Beach, and then walk back to Horseshoe Bay. Is there any reason this is a bad idea?

Except for the extra distance walked, I don't see it as a bad idea unless it is hot & humid the day you're doing it.

And the reason you're doing it this way is because you want to catch a min-bus, not a public bus, back to the Dockyard and use the facilities that are at Horseshoe?

Why not ask the mini-bus driver to drop you at Warwick Beach instead of Horseshoe. The worst he can say is NO.

If you/re coming from the Dockyard, Horseshoe Bay is first. The road distance between their access road is about .7 miles.
