bob278 Posted May 18, 2016 #27 Share Posted May 18, 2016 Just my observation: Unless all of the cruises were booked at the same time, it might be beyond Azamara's IT department to "connect" them and manage changes if one or more were cancelled (not to mention how to define it - should it be extra OBC on all cruises in a calendar year after the first one or within 12 months of the first one?). I can just see the programmers tearing their hair out trying to figure out the OBC for a string of cruises after one or more of them have been completed. :eek: But it would be a really nice benefit to look at some period of time and add OBC if more than one cruise was booked. Even nicer would be to make it escalate ($100 OBC for cruise # 1, $300 for cruise # 2, $400 OBC for cruise # 3, etc.). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
