What is normally the earliest time you can board the the ship? We are in an Hotel overnight before boarding the next day in Dubai. We don't fancy wandering around with money, passports etc in Dubai . Any info or advice would be appreciated, thanks.

It is very dependent on the local authorities so no one can give you a certain answer. Also if a deep clean was needed for any reason that can delay you. However it is highly unlikely you are going to have to wander around. Typically you can board just before mid day sometimes earlier sometimes you might have to wait a little longer. Given that hotel check outs in Dubai are mid day you are not going to have any issues.

Also in case you are not aware, in terms of crime and safety, Dubai is a very safe place compared to many ports you might embark at.
