Marina State Room question

I noticed that when I log onto Oceania's website, under manage booking, our state room says Deck G Suite GTY. Does any on know what that means?

Maybe it is Cat G & not deck G

which is an inside cabin

the GTY means you will be on the ship someplace ;)

What Category cabin did you book?

We booked a Veranda State Room (B4) Maybe rooms are not assigned yet. We go the end of February.

Was it a GTY booking or did you choose a cabin number?

I would contact who you booked with & sort it out now before the cabins are gone

If you have a GTY then that explains why no cabin yet and they can be assigned anytime.

But no idea what "deck G" is about. No deck G and no B4s on deck 6 if that was what was meant so it is unclear

Nope, its a mystery to me. As LHT28, get it clarified with your TA or O if you booked directly.

Right above the "Deck G, Suite GTY" will be a notation of your cabin category. You have a "guarantee" in that category (or a better category) but no specific cabin as of now.

Actually a GTY is a Plus for you, I know there is some anxiety in not knowing what Cabin is assigned to you. We were on the Riviera in July with a GTY in an Oceanview Cabin, we never got our Cabin assignment until we checked in at the Terminal, they said all Ocean View Cabins were full, we were upgraded to a Veranda Cabin Midship at no extra cost, so don't worry Oceania will take good care of you.
