KeiferDeifer Posted October 25, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 25, 2016 They refer to the Azores as the "Hawaii" of the Atlantic...I've been several times (not on a cruise) and the islands are so incredibly breathtaking. Rare Essiesmom Posted October 25, 2016 #6 Share Posted October 25, 2016 Go to wwwcruisetimetables.com and plug in your ports into the second list. Then the time you want to cruise. It will show you who stops there and their itineraries. Lots of cruises from the UK and Spain in the winter. A bit further south, the Canaries are to Europe as the Caribbean is to North America. jocap Posted October 26, 2016 #7 Share Posted October 26, 2016 (edited) The one which caught my eye was a long cruise on Fred Olsen, out of Liverpool this summer. It visits Madeira and one Azorean island on the way to Bermuda, where it stays for 3 nights for the America's Cup, and then returns via three other islands of the Azores. We loved the Azores, and thought about this cruise mainly for visiting four islands; sadly the timing isn't right. PS 9th June, 2017 Edited October 26, 2016 by jocap PS.
