Ventura's Cold Pools

Just off Ventura, once again the pool's are so cold. The only pool which was warm was the small plunge pool

at the aft of the ship. And all that heat generated from the engine's. It can't cost that much to warm up the pool.:(

Agreed they were always cold but on the Oriana they were lovely and warm 😀

What about the hot tubs? We go on Ventura in 5 weeks time and I love hot tubs. On Azura last October they were cold tubs! No amount of telling them at reception made any difference. Someone even got in the 'hot' tub to cool down!

P&O say they're all at 23 degrees celcius, all year round!

Maybe they heat the pools based on the itinerary, if they think people will use them, if there are lots of families on board etc. To save money. It's s shame.
