Wind Surf Jose Van Dyke questions

We are very interested in spending time in Jost Van Dyke and are considering the Wind Surf in February vs. traveling to the island to stay. When I look at the itinerary for Jost, it seems like a small amount of time is spent on the island. Am I missing something?

Tuesday, 2/7: 7:00 PM - 11:59 PM

Wednesday, 2/8: 12:01 PM - 3:00 PM

Monday, the day before the ship leaves Tortola at 6 PM, so what is it doing all day on Tuesday until 7PM? We would love to spend more time on JVD then five hours one evening and 3 hours the next day. It seems very limited when the ship is still in the vicinity so why can't passengers spend more time there?

If anyone has insights I would love to hear from you.

Monday is a sea day from Antigua to Tortola. Windsurf leaves Tortola at 6pm on Tuesday and arrives at Jost Van Dyke one hour later. It then does an overnight at JVD and leaves at 3pm on Wednesday. She spends twenty hours at JVD during the port stop.

The WS website is often a bit wonky with times.

As the other poster noted, I'm sure the second time was meant to be 12:01am - 3:00pm.

An even better was to denote this would be 00:01am, which is the general nautical convention, ending confusion over whether 12:00am is Noon or Midnight.

So, you'll overnight in JVD.

Do the tenders drop you off near Foxy's?

Since this is an overnight, is it possible to take the tenders back and forth to Foxy's and other beach bars late in the evening? What time do they stop running?
