Shmoo here Posted February 6, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2016 Jut booked the fantasy for March 5?and as expected both are sold out for every night ...and the brunch. What are the odds something will open? Don't know the odds - but it's possible for someone to cancel their reservation prior to the cruise. Just keep an eye on the reservations area in your reservation online. If that doesn't come through, DCL does hold back some reservations for booking onboard. Check the Navigator you get in the terminal at check in for location/time for Palo/Remy dining changes and go there as soon as you can. Worst case - they put you on a wait list. Karen Lynn Posted February 6, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted February 6, 2016 Thank you... We will check back In the rotating restaurants, do they seat you with others? I can't recall being asked about table size.

It sort of depends on how large your party is.

moki'smommy Posted February 6, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2016 If you want to be seated alone, you need to call DCL and tell them this. Otherwise seating is a combination of luck and the number of people in your cabin. DCL does a great job of seating similar families together. Palo/Remy--don't worry at this point. There are a large number of reservations that are never made available on line but are held till after boarding. The Welcome Aboard Navigator will list the location for reservations or you can go to the restaurant. If there is STILL nothing available, ask to be wait listed. People do cancel and the concierge holds some reservations till after the first day. It is totally possible to get reservations even after day 1. Another point in your favor is that they are selling cabins at the restricted rates (*GT). This tells you that the ship is not full...therefore your chances of getting reservations are better.
