  1. Thanks for the heads up! Look forward to reading along 🙂
  2. As mentioned above we can help if you are being harassed here. Another option you could avail yourself of is to request a user name change. If that is something you would like to do please email us help@cruisecritic.com to discuss specifics
  3. Thanks for the tag @azbirdmom and thanks for the alert @MountainEER74 I have added them
  4. After posting I did my own search 😛 I think it may have even been something you posted, about how you can change the date on the app to view current activities. I had no idea you could do that - so that is what I just did to look at next week's sailing.
  5. Sailing soon (yay!) on FOTS - wondering from recent cruisers, Have there been any theme type parties that we should try to plan for in advance. Any 70/80/90s parties? Disco nights? Anything else? Thanks for helping my over planning brain 🙂
  6. You will need to be registered and logged in to create a new Roll Call. Register here if you have not yet done so. Click ROLL CALLS Click your Ship's (or Cruise Line's) name to open the correct forum. Browse the topic titles shown in the forum to double check there is no existing Roll Call topic for your sail date. Click the Start New Topic button at the top of the Ship's roll call forum. In the Title Box, type the name of your ship, your sail date and year. When you create a new ROLL CALL topic, you MUST include the sail date in the subject line, and here's the suggested format: Example: January 1, 2016 Please note the suggested date format with the month first and spelled out completely will ensure your new Roll Call topic appear in search results. Type a message in the message box and click the Submit Topic button. Some additional Roll Call Info: If you see two or more threads for the same sail date, please email help@cruisecritic.com to have them merged. We do request 1 roll call per sailing date. This can become a bit confusing when cruise lines sell sailings multiple ways. In those cases we prefer that each segment have its own roll call, instead of roll calls that span over multiple segments. If there is not a forum for your ship you can post your roll call thread in either the ALL Other RIVER Roll Calls or the All Other CRUISE LINES (Ocean) Roll Calls Still have Questions? You can find Everything you Need to Know about Roll Calls
  7. Hi There! Please continue your bid discussions here. The last few winning bids: lastminutemama: Day of bid Weston beach resort $100. Cheapest online was 215+ fees so I'm happy with it Rocketlady bids I think the best advice for priceline or any other source is to go for the 4 or 5 star hotels and bid. We got the Westin for $100. I should of bid lower but didn't. We got a beautiful room and we felt safe. We had to pay for a taxi to the ship but it beats waiting on shuttles. You end up stopping at every hotel on the way. And when we got off the ship one year it took over 2 hours to get the shuttle to go for a five min. trip to the airport. Important to me was the safety and close to things to see and do the day before we left for the ship. Weston was on the ocean side and walking distance to go shopping and find other places to eat at. Jayfo Again! Thought I would try my luck for my other upcoming cruise and hit the Sheraton Beach Ft. Lauderdale again on PL. 4*, Beach Zone Wed, Dec 4th, 2013 one night Bid $70 accepted on the first try. Jayfo 4* Sheraton Ft Lauderdale 8/23/13, Friday, one night Started at 4 * $70 beach zone, rejected. Rebid $72, kept my bidding at 4* but added other 3* areas. Rejected again, jumped up my rebid to $80. Won the Sheraton. I had a backup reservation at Bahia Mar for $138 a night I'll be canceling now so I'm pretty pleased. I was hoping for Hyatt Pier 66 again but I'll try this & see what happens.
