  1. I hope this thread keeps grinding on because it's one of CC's best. The laughs just keep coming. You can't make this stuff up.We have sailed RCCL numerous times, and yes,I am one of those who loves fresh ground pepper, and have always had it offered. Sailing on Nov.27 on Anthem and looking forward to a couple of turns.

  2. We are from Long Island. We might sound a little different, but us New YOWKERS got class and moxy.Cruised last Nov on Anthem and absolutely loved it. After sailing on the Explorer 10 times, and we miss it big time,Athem filled our Explorer void nicely. Can't wait for the Nov.27th cruise.Big changes happening, and it will be interesting to see how we all deal with it.Of course we New YOWKERS will have no problem.Fuggetaboutit! Have a safe and wonderful cruise everybody.

  3. We will second that move.Would love to see a voyager or freedom class ship.Return to Cape Liberty. :)

We miss the Explorer too.Sailed her 10 x's,the last being the repo cruise where we got smacked by a 50 foot rouge wave that took out 2 life boats.Going on Anthem for a 2nd time on Nov27th.Don't really care about the weather, just love to cruise.Explorer had great personality and feel to her.We would love to see her back here.

  4. I read the Dynamic Dining was being cancelled, so I called Royal and yes it is,BUT,you can always book classic1(6:00) or classic2(8:30). you will have the same table everynight and the same wait staff, and you will rotate to the four different restaurant every night.if you don't like the food choices in that restaurant, they will let you choose from what is on the other three restaurant menus.we always book traditional late seating table for two (8:30),classic2.we did it last time on the Anthem and it worked out great.Don't throw in the towel just yet.Give RCL a call @ 1 866 562 7625. Good Luck cool cruisers.:)

  5. hello there WMQueenie.we did do traditional, classic dining.we always book the late seating 8:15.this lets us enjoy doing whatever we are doing, other than eating, more time.we had the same servers every night and they would show us the menu from the other three restaurants in case we didn't care for the choices for that night.it all worked for us ,I hope it works for you guys.have a great cruise.

  6. hello AnnetteSC.we have sailed Summit six times and this is a fine very smooth sailing ship.of course mid ships is a plus.you will have a great cruise.she surely is a fine ship.happy cruising. check out the Sunset Bar all the way aft.Dewa and the gang are the best.

  7. we sailed Anthem and when we walked in to the Grande,by the way,we were both dressed very well and looked good.Alas,I had no jacket. The greeter at the door just walked us over to our table and hung a jacket on the back of the chair.I never touched it or looked at it.don't pack it .you don't need it.have a great cruise.been there.

  8. What a nice gesture by Celebrity Cruises, and an unexpected treat for those thinking they'd not get to see Lady Liberty or the NYC skyline up-close. :D

we sailed on June 12th and hung a right instead. the weather was good, but it was a bit windy.we had a great cruise anyway.we have sailed celebrity 18xs,6 on the Summit.happy to hear you had a great time.lets do it again.:)

  9. Everybody appears to be here, handsome and beautiful. They are quite a crew and a lot of fun.

Very happy you replied. Can't wait to see handsome man and the crew again. We will be sailng right after you. Hope your weather is good. Hey Dewa, So-Co and a Bud please. Thanks Don. Enjoy.

  10. Hey BND. Congrats on #35. We usually went in late August, our anniversary month. We have never had a kids problem on board. The ship absorbed all the cruisers just fine and yeah it was at times brutally hot and humid, but beautiful Bermuda a 3 day stay in port is worth it. This will be our 16th time there and celebrating #38. Smooth sailing, good weather, and happy anniversary.
