  1. We are sailing the Epic right after dry dock and Priscilla and BTF only show available one time each. Now this is only a 6 night cruise due to the fact they took one day back for an additional day in dry dock :roll eyes: So maybe on 7 days one is offered again....?

     

    We are on same cruise and both shows are showing available for two days on my ncl.

    Priscilla day 2 and 3.

    BTF day 5 and 6.

Ive just seen the NCL cruise from Southampton to Barcelona which was due to depart on the 18th of October has now been changed to leave on the 19th and has gone from a 7 night cruise to a 6 night cruise. Where do we stand with this? I understand they are entited to change itenary but shortening the cruise is another story!! We have flights and accomodation booked for the 17th as the flight on the 18th wouldnt have left us enough time to get to port etc. This is a first cruise for 4 of us, very disappointing!!

Ncl uk includes the gratuities on the udp and ubp because they know that brits would not pay the gratuities they would remove them from dsc for sure as most other europeans...gratuity and tips is not in the culture of europeans and australians and because ncl knows that us would absolutely pay anything shown as gratuity thats why they implemented this ridiculous service charge at ubp and udp

  4. We were on the 14 day itinerary from southampton, we have received a copy of the letter offering $50 OBC.

    I can today access my online account which is showing the new sailing date, however our cabin and deck have been changed. The price has also increased over £400 each, and the cost for us to change just our flights leaving Barcelona is over £210.

    Also to make this all worse my PCC is in 3 weeks of training and we just called NCL who said they cant deal with it our PCC will have too!!!

    Also when we tried to ring the telephone number on the letter received from NCL with regards to this sailing change, it states they are open Monday-Friday 9-6pm, at 530pm its closed.:confused::confused::confused:

  5. Well, NCL have amended my booking without speaking to me or discussing options. 11th Oct sailing has changed to 18th Oct £400 dearer - I think not. And the room is on the opposite side from my original booking - no longer on the land....maybe a human will listen to my rants tomorrow. Grrrrrrr :mad:

     

     

    Hi Wee Blonde, please can I ask how you know that your cabin has changed. We had not received any email or letter and I cannot access my Ncl account. Today I had to send my Pcc an email to ask where the info was, so she forwarded the letter to me from Ncl. All it states is that the cruise has been moved to the 18th October and the offer of $50 OBC.:confused:

  6. We are booked on the cruise from Southampton on the 11th October for 14 day cruise and I have just logged onto my ncl account and it is still showing our itinerary as normal. I have emailed my ncl rep and am waiting for her response.
