Is there a place where you can find out if any cruise dates are chartered or have large groups sailing? In reading reviews I see the Divina had a Def Leppard cruise that seemed to impact many others on board (negatively). Does anyone know where to find this information for upcoming cruises this year (especially on Divina)?

Unsure of what is available in Puntarenas, but Jaco (even though it might look kinda close on a map) will take you a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get there. Our roads here are known for their bad condition and car-eating potholes. Puntarenas is mostly a port town and less of a resort area, although they have just built a new park for the increasing cruise traffic and I believe there might be a new resort in town that might accommodate you. Google Puntarenas Hotels and resorts and see what is close.

Looking at booking the Divina next fall, and on the MSC site, they list Yacht Club Deluxe and Yacht Club Deluxe (H). Can anyone tell me what the difference is? Can't seem to find it on the MSC site. Thanks.

Ok, so I redeemed some points for OBC on an upcoming RCL cruise and received my e-mail confirmation. The BOA redemption page then said to "give it" to my TA or RCL. I'm not quite sure what that means. Do I need to call them?

And the darts were in the bar off of the casino next to the theater.

Was on Brilliance in October. The jigsaw puzzle table was in the Schooner Bar.

We were on the Quantum last year and loved our WOW bands. Very convenient without having your card around your neck or fumbling for it in your purse or pocket. Of course, they were free then.

We are on the Equinox November 28, 2016.

So confused. Our itinerary is now showing no overnite in Cartegena, but now an overnite in Cozumel? X website also shows this new, new overnite. Anyone got a clue. Impossible to get a definitive answer from X.

Do I understand that this is travel insurance? Has anyone used it recently and how did they respond?

Can someone tell me what the charge is for an Assist Card on Ceebrity bookings?

We sailed the Serenade last month and there were 28 Pinnacles on board. One couple was staying on the ship for the next 5 months continuously. Also, out of the 2100 guests, 1400 were platinum or above, as announced by the Captain at the Top Tier event.

I think it varies from ship to ship. Went in August on the Oasis, coffee and dry danish. Brilliance in October, coffee only. Went on Serenade last week, coffee, fruit drinks served by waiters and sandwiches freshly prepared. Also on the Serenade, the drawing for prizes was really a step up, no hats and other stuff like that.

You do need to call and get a CC number and have it associated with any open reservations. They have to know your coming.

Question here: If we are Diamond on RCI but only Classic on Celebrity (based on actual Celebrity sailings)

 

1. Does that transfer to Elite on Celebrity?

2. If so, how do we claim our benefits?

Confused in Costa Rica

We are doing a B2B next Spring and at the end of the first leg, we will attain Diamond status. Will we get the perks for our second leg? I know it usually takes a few weeks after a cruise to show up in our account, but can this be done onboard?
