We're headed towards Belfast, Ireland on the Dawn. it's really foggy outside when i looked outside my cabin window at 5am. i hear FAINT blasts of the fog horn. Why don't i hear it much louder, especially since i'm in the fwd section of the ship?

you sure about refunded to another card at end of cruise? i was told by ship finance that they pay out cash at end of cruise. i prefer not to carry more cash, especially when i'm debarking in a foreign country.

i havent checked my offer yet but i prefer cash. what am i going to do with 25k points? (i have the free amex everyday card)

there's another app for England railways: Trainline but it seems to have a service fee. same train ticket is $5 more on Trainline 😮

yup. i was shocked that i got the 11day for free given my low avg points per cruise and more importantly for NCL, the fact i didnt lose $ overall. (i might have lost a little on 1 of the legs)

1st time i've seen this offer. I'm going to assume dice/cards are used. also 1st time i've seen them advertise scratch cards ($20 for 5) + lotto ($10 for 5 games) bundle. (There's no discount for buying this bundle)

no. also, cant be used with cruiseNext promos. ie: double up promo where you can use 2 cruiseNext certs. you cant use 2 CasNext certs for same sailing

I'm on the Dawn. Was surprised to find out there's a free shuttle. No mention of it on the Daily. it stops at the Opera House, which is a couple of blocks from the Prime Minister's mansion. Side note: There are no armed guards at the Prime Minister's mansion 😮

My previous cruise was a b2b2b and I avg 3k points each leg. I don't think I lost any$. Surprisingly,I called and got a free 11 day inside from cas. The base price of that inside was $975 solo. (50%solo supplement)

i was wrong. they were talking about luggage storage at Special Tours. it's on their site and not bsi terminal.

i was told by Reykjavik excursions that there's no locker storage there

Currently on the Dawn to Europe. There's only 1 casino host instead of the normal 3. She said it's only for Europe cruises and it's to save on costs. She also said the bigger ships have 2 hosts. normally there are 4 hosts on the mega ships. My 14 day cruise has very little gamblers but thats standard from my experience with spring transatlantics. I'm assuming there's less gamblers on European cruises?

I arrive in Reykjavik at 7am. my flight to USA is 5pm. Want to go to blue lagoon (2 people). 2options: 1) taxi to main bus terminal. 8am bus from main bus terminal to arrive at blue lagoon at 9am. flybus leaves from blue lagoon to airport at 12pm and 2:30pm. arrive at 9am, 30min check-in, so in the water at 930am. get out of water at 1130am to shower/get dressed. so only 2hrs in the water. $59 total (each person) for flybus from 'bus terminal to blue lagoon' and 'blue lagoon to airport.' 2) ship (Celebrity) xfer to airport. drop off luggage at airline lounge (free). taxi from airport to blue lagoon. taxi from blue lagoon to airport. leave around 1pm so 3hrs in water. How much is taxi from airport to blue lagoon? thx
