I feel like a complete dodo. I got the info from the agent, but can't find it. Anyone know how I can find it. I need to fax into Carnival my stock info. Thanks so very very much.

We have done the Hawaii sailing from SF many many times. Even in great weather, leaving SF the first 24 hours is a difficult sailing. Don't know what causes it.

When we cruise we usually are a group to six or eight people, but we are individual bookings. When we go to the crown grill, I gather the couples names and cabin numbers. I call up and make the reservation for a table of six or eight. I have never had a problem and we are all elite, so quite a few sailings under our feet. You should really have no problem.

We don’t do things the easy way. We went from Southampton to Clapton Junction via train. We could have opted to go to the airport also. Yes, we had full luggage from the transatlantic cruise.

I keep going onto the Princess website. I am looking at the cruises starting Aug. 5 2023. Here is the screen shot:

Ok, here is latest. I spoke to princess person who made the original reservation. She sent a full confirmation of my original reservation. So fingers crossed. I told her I did not want to learn I couldn’t have this cabin and have princess downgrade me and offer refunds or obc . She swears that can’t happen. I told her that a huge percentage of loyal princess passengers have faith in princess right now. thanks to all for responding

I actually booked this cruise and reserved a cabin. I also made certain to print a copy of the cruise summary with all the info on it. I will definitely call today. Thanks

My husband and I are treating ourselves for our 50th anniversary to the owners suite on the Ruby for an Alaskan cruise. When I go online, my cabin no longer exists. They have joined it with another cabin to make it a "family two bedroom cabin". So I am not sure if they will honor this for us, although we have already reserved it. Any ideas? I just wrote to our Princess person and await an answer hopefully this week. Any ideas???

I am a little confused with the changes. I have booked a cruise for August 2023. I took the Princess Plus package at the time. So my crew appreciation is covered. Will it still be covered with the new increase? We, like so many of you, are finding this nickel and diming stuff for loyal customers is very frustrating. We will start looking into alternate cruise lines.

oops, I should have included that the cruises after mine have NO owners cabins but something called a 2 bedroom family cabin and you can't reserve it online. So it makes me think there will no longer be an owners cabin at all. I keep hearing about the Ruby moving to Galveston but when I inquire with Princess they know nothing. Oh well, nothing I can do about it.

I am booked next year on the Ruby. I reserved what is named the "owners suite" as a gift to us for a 50th anniversary. My confusion is that the Ruby has two additional trips after ours with same destination, but our cabin is not even listed as something you can reserve. My biggest fear is that they will either change our cabin or change the ship at that point to accommodate their plans for the cabin. Either way I am nervous. Anyone know anything about this.

With my little story, I am not surprised at the Royal Princess. I have gotten the flu twice onboard. Once on the Caribbean Princess and the other two years later on the Royal. Both time I went to the medical facilities. On the Caribbean Princess, daily two men were sent to sanitize morning and evenings and they always asked if I wanted clean sheets. Royal no such luck. Morning only and not daily. On CP I ordered food from the room service menu and was allowed to order from MDR food that day. No such luck on Royal. Daily a nurse showed up to ask how I felt and took my temp on CP, not on Royal. I can only guess that each ship runs it the way they want. But I loved the Royal but lost a lot of respect for it. Just my two cents.

We have a big anniversary coming up and would love to reserve an owners suite. Does anyone know what perks come with it. We would get it with the princess plus package. thanks for any info

We are in planning stages for2023 for an Alaskan cruise on the Ruby. My friends husband wants to know if the sauna/steam room on the Ruby-is still free. . The new ships charge for their use. appreciate any help. Thanks

friends of mine who like to cruise live in New York. They have been informed that Princess does not sell insurance to people in New York. Has anyone here other companies to recommend? For a seven day cruise they were recently quoted about $350. each just for insurance. Thanks for any help

Just read an entire article on how Royal Caribbean really believes in loyalty and offers benefits to keep passengers returning. I know Princess has always been like that AND that Princess benefits were generally the best there was. Now we are all learning of a new Princess mentality and I wonder how this may affect repeat customers. As an elite member, I have not been very happy with the changes in our benefits. Feels like most were taken away and now we pay something or other for them. I personally know a lot of elites who are now considering other cruise lines (and the itineraries) because they feel so let down. Thanks for listening
