  1. @Trixie21 Thanks for your reply. As far as I can tell, the FDA controls the expiration and it is set at 9 days. There are advocates who are trying to change it (see link below) but due to current restrictions, only 1 week of supplies can be distributed by infusion companies. Our infusion company: https://optioncarehealth.com/ is no different. TPN Advocate: http://tpnstrong.com/current-issues-for-tpn-consumers/
  2. @Trixie21 & @jaz33 Thank you both for your TPN info here and on the jaz33 thread. I am in the midst of arranging TPN for my wife on B2B 7-day cruises on the Anthem out of Southampton in May (2023). We are from the US, so her TPN must be refrigerated and has a shelf life of just over a week. We are looking onto it, but it looks like the only way to get a 2 week supply is have it shipped by the infusion company directly to Royal at the beginning of each cruise. Not sure if we can get this to work. Her TPN cycle is 14 hours 5 days a week. ART
  3. @Jersey42 Thanks for all of the good info you provided on Annual Insurance. Just wondering if you carry any other insurance for cruising (besides primary and GeoBlue)? Just thinking about whether I should worry about losing the trip cost or just letting it go...
