Dropped the pups off at the boarding place and finished packing. And now I have a massive headache. Hopefully the Excedrin will take care of it.

I’m in Bridgetown on Tuesday!! That’s so fun to say.
I think my ports are pretty close to yours with a couple of variations.
Monday - Tortola
Tuesday - St John's
Wednesday - Bridgetown
Thursday - St Lucia
Friday - Philipsburg
Saturday - St Thomas

I'm in Bridgetown on Wednesday next week. I didn't have anything planned so decided to do the cocktail workshop at Mount Gay. They will pick me up and return me to the cruise port so easy peasy.

Crisis averted. The pet hotel she suggested, which has a way to let them out without interaction, has room for my two monsters so I've got them booked from Friday to Monday the 19th. And I'm upping his meds so hopefully that will help with the aggression.

I'm going to have a meltdown. My pet sitter isn't comfortable staying with my dogs. I now have to find something for Friday through February 19th at the last minute. She gave me a recommendation so fingers crossed they have room for my two crazy animals.

I think he might be a hot mess. Poor guy doesn't know if his wife is coming on the cruise or not.

I wouldn't. I bet it's just going to give you a general "it's in the house," not "you left them in the bathroom next to your toothbrush" therefore rendering it useless.
The sticker apparently has a loud range. The mate, that I got for free, allegedly has a loud ring but once I figured out what room it was I was able to find it buried in the backpack with my cruise docs. The locator worked pretty well.

OMG, too funny. I would be on an endless walk going room to room looking for my glasses, my iPad, my iPhone. Recently the TV remote has joined the others as I sometimes (while off on my usual "on to something else" mind trips) think it's my phone. Mr Greenpea does not like THAT part. The rest he is used to. But the TV remote--that makes him have to send me on an endless walk until I finally find it.
You need to get a Tile sticker. They are made to attach to remotes, bikes, etc. Then with a phone app you can track it.

My little monsters. Milo (on the left) is the one with aggression issues. He's on medicine for it and the person who is staying here when I go on my next cruise is used to dealing with aggressive dogs. She said she would come over as many times as necessary in order for him to feel comfortable with her. Additionally I will crate him when I leave so she has more control over the situation.
Phan is on the right and my easy going little girl. Both foster fails from the shelter.

The difficulty with finding and being comfortable with pet caretakers has gotten worse over the years and the emotional strain of losing a pet is gut wretching. For now we find it easier to travel pet free. When we "settle" and don't cruise as often things may change.
One thing you might consider if you're going to be somewhere for a bit is fostering for the local shelter. It gets the animal out of a crate or apartment and they generally provide all the supplies you need.

If I remember correctly you can pay for drinks at the bar.

Did you know - if you freeze a bottle of water you can take it thru security. As it is not in a liquid state.
I fill my Tervis with ice and that works through security as well. Had a bit of a problem leaving San Juan a couple of years ago since some had melted but they let it go through.

I was going to try and hold my breath all the way to the airport but I knew I couldn't do it. Lord please just let us get there soon...
This is when masks come in handy. They at least dull the smell. Or you could go with the full respirator and then you would have no problems.😄

Norwegian mails cruise docs via snail mail? I seriously didn't know any of the mainstream lines still did that. Cool.
I think they only do for those with priority. I think I get that because I'm platinum.

Nothing like checking the social media to find out your mother at urgent care with the shingles. Good thing I’m not an only child. Good luck to my sister with all that. I gots to go on a cruise.
She didn't get the vaccine? I got the first one a couple of months ago and that put me down but I've already had shingles once at age 30 so didn't want to take a chance of getting it again. It does not feel good but fortunately, they gave me the good pain meds when I got it.

@CallistaSkye so sorry for your loss. When I got either bronchitis or upper respiratory infection, they gave some "pearls" which helped along with the cough syrup to suppress the coughs.

Who else would bring the button?
Hugs from Texas
@princess76021 you're number 34 on the list. I've kept a list for Sid for his past several cruises of posters so he can thank them at the end.

Everything on the cruise and with the dogs went well. I tried to catch up on the thread and unfortunately gave up. Thanks for reaching out and I will try and get back involved.
I am currently down in Mobile since they put my dad in hospice so I am dealing with all the “fun” family interactions. My mom has asked me to come help her, or more accurately, get rid of my dads stuff and he isn’t even gone yet.
